Kathleen Gilbertson earned her bachelors of business administration and management with a strong emphasis in accounting in 1990 from Texas A&M University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of law, graduating with full honors in 1994. While attending law school, she was selected as a member of the U.A.L.R. Law Journal staff and later appointed to serve as an associate editor, co-founded the Environmental Law Society, was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and was hand-picked as a member of the William R. Overton American Inns of Court.
Kathleen has spent the past 21 years developing her skills in the area of research and writing, and has extensive experience in the area of complex commercial litigation, contract drafting, entity creation, legal malpractice, unfair competition, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, breach of fiduciary duties, securities fraud, planned communities and personal injury.
After graduating law school, Kathleen did some traveling around the southwest, ultimately moving to Arizona in 1995. She has two children and a husband and enjoys volunteering in her community, reading and bicycling.
